🏐 Have you been holed up in the corner of your house crying, rocking yourself to sleep since the US pro volleyball leagues ended? Well, it's time to sober up and get excited to live again! The U.S. Women's Volleyball National Team is competing in the Volleyball Nations League, an 18-team global showdown where only the top eight advance to the Final Round. This week they're in Pasig City, Philippines, and three Olympians are making their 2026 debuts: setter Jordyn Poulter and two dynamic middle blockers Chiaka Ogbogu and Dana Rettke. USA takes on Czechia Thursday June 18th, then Saturday June 20th it's Italy and Serbia back to back. Stream it all on VBTV. USA! USA!

🏉 If you fell in love with Ilona Maher and women's rugby at the 2024 Paris Olympics, the party doesn't have to stop. Women's Elite Rugby, a professional league in the US, is only in its second season. No Maher, no problem. The action is incredible. Quick note: the Olympics featured rugby sevens, seven players a side, fast and chaotic. WER plays the full fifteen-a-side game, more strategy, more collisions, more players to obsess over. This Saturday June 21st all six teams are in action across the country starting at 1 p.m. CT. Every match streams free on Women's Sports Network. Find all the streaming info HERE.

🏑 This week in Auckland, New Zealand, eight countries are competing in the FIH Hockey Women's Nations Cup with one prize: the single promotion spot back into the Pro League. Here's how it works: the FIH Pro League is the premier international field hockey league, and the team that finishes last gets relegated. The US got shown the door in 2024 and has been fighting to get back ever since. Winner goes up, everyone else waits another year. The tournament wraps up Sunday June 21st. Stream it pay-per-view on Watch.Hockey. This one is for Laura Gentile, Storied Sports co-founder and All-American field hockey player at Duke. She's going off the grid for this one.
