đŸ„Ž Who's Super Excited for the Super Regionals? Me! And you, gentle reader, get into it! Eight best-of-three series, tonight through Sunday on all ESPN Networks. Mississippi State, Arizona State and UCF all crashed the party as upsets in the regionals, but don't sleep on any of them. Here are the matchups: No. 1 Alabama vs. No. 16 LSU, No. 2 Texas vs. Arizona State, No. 3 Oklahoma vs. Mississippi State, No. 4 Nebraska vs. No. 13 Oklahoma State, No. 5 Arkansas vs. No. 12 Duke, No. 6 Florida vs. No. 11 Texas Tech, No. 7 Tennessee vs. No. 10 Georgia and No. 8 UCLA vs. UCF. Pick a series, take a deep dive and have the best weekend of your life.

⚜ Get ready for a battle of the dynasties and I'm not talking about the Lannisters vs. the Starks. This Saturday Barcelona battles OL Lyonnes in the UEFA Women's Champions League final. They've met in the final four times: Lyon won in 2019 and 2022, Barcelona got revenge in 2024, and now here we are again. Barcelona comes in loaded. Aitana BonmatĂ is back from a five-month injury and Alexia Putellas has been the best player in Europe this season. But Lyon has two compelling storylines: USWNT captain Lindsey Heaps plays her final match in a Lyon shirt before heading home to Denver, and Ada Hegerberg, the all-time leading scorer in Women's Champions League history, is playing the final in her home country of Norway. Who will take the crown?? Saturday, May 23, noon ET on Paramount+ and CBS Sports Network.

đŸƒđŸżâ€â™€ïžStart stretching because track and field is having a big weekend. This Saturday, the Diamond League hits Xiamen, China and the women's fields are loaded. Shericka Jackson just beat Sha'Carri Richardson in Shanghai last week, and they're back at it Saturday in the 200 meter. Don’t blink. The 100m hurdles has four global champions in the same race. It’s going to be a wild one. Go to FloSports to catch the action. In addition, the NCAA DII and DIII Outdoor Track & Field Championships are underway in Emporia, Kan. and La Crosse, Wis. DI gets all the headlines, but the athleticism and dedication at this level should be equally celebrated. If you can’t support them in person, head over to NCAA.com for coverage.
